OG Kush bud 7th week of flower
It was a WATERING DAY and today, I added molasses to sweeten things up.
It looks like a week or two until harvest. I see white pistil hairs (stigmas ) still, which I think this mean the buds are still growing….
The plan is to harvest when crystals (trichomes) have turned about 25% brown and 75% are cloudy: that will be the perfect time for me to harvest.
The trichomes all start as clear droplets. Mine are currently about 50% cloudy and 50% clear. I will have to look though a jeweller’s loop to be able to see the actual individual trichomes. The more brown trichomes, the more of a “couch lock” effect.
Some growers choose to harvest when all trichomes are just cloudy, not Amber, for less of the “couch lock” effect.
